Rick Stein was a Guest Chef at the Ballymaloe Cookery School on the 20th & 21st July 2001.
 
Rick has written 16 cookery books, recorded several cookery series and five one off documentaries.
 
His passion is still for seafood; as he says, “nothing is more exhilarating than fresh fish simply cooked".
Rick owns and runs four restaurants in the small Cornish fishing village of Padstow with his ex-wife, Jill.
