Henrietta Russell completed Ballymaloe’s 12 week certificate in 2007 and has 15 years experience as a professional chef.
 
Since leaving Ballymaloe, Henrietta has launched luxury catering company Peapod & Co. which launched to bring creative, seasonal menus to Hampshire, London and beyond.
 
Passionate about food and sourcing the best and freshest ingredients for it’s menus, Peapod & Co. caters corporate events, private parties and weddings of all sizes and tastes. Henrietta loves nothing more than curating creative, playful canapés and food.
This year, Henrietta launched a new canapé delivery service ‘Canapé Boxes by Peapod & Co.’ to  encourage celebrations, both little and large, and to bring families and friends together after being apart for so long after COVID-19.
 
Awards: Henrietta won Country Life’s canapé of the year award in 2017 and 2018 while working at Rocket Food in London
