Last Saturday we had the East Cork Slow Food pop up dinner by the 12 week students in aid of East Cork Slow Food Educational Project – teaching local children to grow and cook.
Pamela Black and Tracie Daly (two experienced teachers from Ballymaloe Cookery School) guided the students through the whole process with Rory O'Connell & Darina Allen.

The students started planned weeks ahead, testing menus, foraging decorations, freezing berries, plucking pheasants and it all came together to make a wonderful evening:
